Preseason is here, and there is MUCH more excitement this time around. With the new additions to the roster, this Wings team should be primed for playoff contention. We know, we know - one step at a time.
The DeBrincat-Larkin connection is already looking good - the duo had identical goals in the games against Pittsburgh and Washington where DeBrincat receives a pass down low on the left side of the goal and feeds it across to Larkin, who then buries it in the gaping net.
We understand that preseason scores shouldn’t hold a lot of stock, but we can’t help but be pumped for a good Wings team! It’s been about 10 years since we’ve had something going!
